If your Zip-Linq is defective, in order to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for an exchange, please fax or email a copy of your dated proof of purchase and RMA Form ( Downloadable RMA Form ) to: rma@ziplinq.com or eFax: 419.821.7683

Cables Unlimited / ZIP-LINQ will issue an RMA number providing product is still under warranty.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package, and sent to Cables Unlimited postage paid.
